In-stock items will be shipped when pre-order items arrive if they are on a combined order. Please order in-stock products separately if you'd like them earlier!
1. Can you ship outside of the US?
- Yes! My shop does allow international shipping.
Due to international restrictions and conflicts, there are some countries I cannot ship to. Some of these countries include Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Haiti, Libya, Niue, Russian Federation, South Sudan, Sudan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Yemen. If for whatever reason I cannot ship your order, I will contact you and issue a refund.

3. Something I wanted to buy is sold out, will you restock it?
- Maybe! If something catches your eye, please tell me you'd like to see it back! This helps me out. :)
4. My acrylic charm/pin looks scratched/dull. Is it damaged?
- Non-epoxy acrylic products, (flat acrylic rather than domed/rounded), will have a protective film over it. Please make sure you've peeled this off!
5. I have an issue with my order.
- Please send me an email with details! I'd be happy to help resolve anything I can.
